21 Invest sells Carton Pack to A&M Capital Europe < News & Events

21 Invest, a private equity group led by Alessandro Benetton, has sold Carton Pack to the London-based private equity firm A&M Capital Europe, after holding it in its portfolio for approximately three and a half years.

During its time with 21 Invest, Carton Pack achieved strong revenue growth (+33%), opened new sites in Italy, Spain, and Germany, strengthened its management team with the appointment of a CFO and a Head of International Sales, and expanded its workforce to around 400 employees. The company also established a partnership with Plastic Bank for the use of socially sourced R-PET.
