FLEXIBLE PACKAGING

Cartonpack Group leads in high-performance flexible film processing, powered by advanced flexographic lines capable of up to ten-color high-definition printing. Our technical infrastructure supports both single-layer and complex laminated films, with a strategic focus on mono-material engineering to drive recyclability and circularity.

Our portfolio provides a comprehensive range of vertical and horizontal flow-pack films, heat-sealing technologies, and specialized formats including pouches, bags and protective covers. RIGID FILMS

Cartonpack Group operates high-capacity extrusion units specializing in PET and PP, transforming both virgin resins and post-consumer recycled content into high-performance rigid films. For decades, our industrial model has been defined by a deep-rooted commitment to circularity: our advanced waste-recovery systems reintegrate 100% of production scrap back into the cycle.

Leveraging our R-PET decontamination facilities, we engineer rigid films containing up to 90% recycled material, with the capability to produce solutions made entirely from recycled content. This vertical integration ensures total control over material purity, safety and environmental performance for the global market.
